Your World Recruitment is looking to recruit a Training Co-Ordinator for our busy London office.

This role would suit an applicant who is looking to start their career within L&D with previous Recruitment or Sales experience – use your skills in a new and exciting environment and get career progression.

The Role

With a learner pool of 300+ you will be given the opportunity to learn, develop and demonstrate your skills in training writing, delivery and collaboration. You will part of a team who has a structured plan for next year with an exciting and out of the box learning approach. We combine face to face learning with digital and online support. This job role is suited to someone who likes to be organised, busy and eager to learn. 

Help shape the future of the next generation of Recruitment Consultants and Support staff in an exciting sales focused industry.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the L& D manager to deliver the training inductions throughout the business to write and develop training that is beneficial to the business
  • Coach and mentor new and existing staff
  • Maintain audit logs of learner development 
  • Complete feedback administration 
  • Develop and support new courses planned for roll out 
  • Maintain the Training Portal platform 
  • Cover the L&D manager if they are unavailable 
  • Implement changes and adapt to business needs
  • Be part of a vibrant HR team who deliver engagement activities throughout the business  
  • You will be a go to member of the team who can demonstrate strong communication skills with staff & senior mangers

  • Be an organised individual who can demonstrate thought process to key stakeholders 
  • Must be comfortable with receiving and delivering feedback
