We’re looking for a motivated Sales Administrator to join our busy team servicing national healthcare clients.
This role would suit an applicant with previous administration experience within a sales environment and an interest in progressing their career within recruitment and sales.
Administration experience is crucial, the role will suit a candidate who is happy to spend time on the phone dealing with both inbound and outbound calls; as well as managing the collection of data and documentation onto our internal database.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- General administration
- Database management
- Front line customer service
- Collecting the data and documentation of candidates
- Collating information for payroll
- Rota co-ordination
- Speaking with candidates and clients
- Working to targets
Required Skills and Experience
- Previous administration experience
- IT proficient
- Excel in customer service
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Confident telephone manner
